- Earn a different color wristband as your milestone are completed. Milestones are 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 800, and 1000 laps.
- A lap is considered a full 50 yards, or down and back/ two lengths of the pool.
- Ongoing, self-motivating program based on the honor system.
- You will log your laps at The Redstone Aquatics Center.
- Swim must take place on Redstone Arsenal
