1000 LB Club Challenge

May 6 -10, 5:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. at COL Scott Fitness Center

Join us in the 1000 pound Club Challenge. 

Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat a total of 1000 pounds to be apart of the club. 

This event is FREE unless you would elect to pay $10 for a t-shirt to show off your accomplishments. 

Must be 18 years or older to participate.
