30 class pass cost $90.00 each. (Avg. $3.00 per class)

Class Descriptions

  • Fitball- Total body toning, improve strength and balance using stability ball.
  • H.I.I.T.- Just what it stands for: High Intensity Interval Training
  • Toning- Total body weight training using body weight and light dumbbells.
  • Water Aerobics- Low impact, cardio, and strength aquatic class.

 

The Aquatics Center has cardio equipment and a racquetball court. Visit the Aquatics Center for more information.

Do you want to start a workout program and just not sure where to begin? Overwhelmed by all the equipment? Did you know we have five Recreation Specialists on staff that offers FREE personal training? We offer group sessions of 3-5 or individual training sessions. Stop by Pagano Gym or COL Scott Fitness center and grab a Health History Questionnaire. Once complete, you will need to call to schedule an appointment. So grab that partner and give us a call.  Feel free to call us if you have additional questions.
