Class Descriptions

  • Boot Camp- High intensity, full body workout targeting major muscle groups.
  • Cardio Challenge- Cardio based workout, includes strength exercises and core work.
  • Fitball- Total body toning, improve strength and balance using stability ball.
  • H.I.I.T.- This class is what it's name stands for: High intensity interval training.
  • Interval Circuit- Calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength.
  • Sculpting- Non aerobic, muscle toning with a focus on core strength.
  • Step- Use an adjustable elevated platform/bench for a great cardio workout.
  • Super Warriors- High intensity intervals: cardio, strength, and balance, a total body workout.
  • Toning- Total body weight training using body weight and light dumbbells.
  • Turbo Kick- Cardio kicking boxing and body-sculpting.
  • Water Aerobics- Low impact, cardio, and strength aquatic class.
  • Yoga- Relaxing mind and body conditioning, breath control, along with toning and stretching class.
  • Yoga/Pilates- Controlled stretching and strengthening exercises that engage the mind and body.
  • Wellbeats- Innovative virtual group fitness presentation.
  • Zumba®- Energizing, rhythmic, cardio dance performed to a variety of upbeat music.

 

The Aquatics Center has cardio equipment and a racquetball court. Visit the Aquatics Center for more information.

Do you want to start a workout program and just not sure where to begin? Overwhelmed by all the equipment? Did you know we have five Recreation Specialists on staff that offers FREE personal training? We offer group sessions of 3-5 or individual training sessions. Stop by Pagano Gym or COL Scott Fitness center and grab a Health History Questionnaire. Once complete, you will need to call to schedule an appointment. So grab that partner and give us a call.  Feel free to call us if you have additional questions.
