Bench press, dead lift, and squat a combination of 1000 lbs.  Not there yet?  Try for 500 lbs or 750 lbs.  You must bring two spotters with you when you attempt these lifts.  For more information on the rules and regulations, call 256-955-6844 or 256-955-7508.
