Calling all Homeschoolers! Join us at the MWR Library for a fun time of crafts and STEAM activities tailored to different age groups!
The program is currently planned for one Tuesday per month and is connected with the CYS Homeschool program. Any family who can get on base is welcome to participate. Feel free to bring friends!
Please note the time of 12:15 to 1:15pm.
For April 23, we plan on doing the following activity:
All Ages:
The classic Mentos in Soda/Coke geysers and Alka rockets.
We recommend wearing older clothing. Safety googles will be provided.
(This is a weather dependent plan. If the weather is poor, we’ll bring out various STEM games/activities)
Please note parents will need to remain in the library with their kids, but are welcome to join in the fun, especially with younger kids. And we're always open for suggestions for improving the program!
