Want to practice your reading with a special listener?
Nellie is a full-size poodle who loves having a good book read to her. Nellie is a certified therapy dog with Therapy Partners, Inc. She visits the Library one Saturday per month.
The program is designed for younger readers. Each reader signs up for a 15 minute slot to read to Nellie. Families can have multiple readers in the same slot or have consecutive slots if available. Sign up today to reserve your spot!
Registration Information
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, but openings do happen at the last minute. Call 256-876-4741 to sign up for a 15 minute slot.
