We offer three ways to wash the road grime away
The Automotive Skills Center operates three car washing services on Redstone Arsenal. We have the DIY Car Wash Bays, located behind the Shoppette, off Vincent Drive. We also have an Automated Car Wash (drive-thru) beside the Car Wash Bays, and we have a professional Auto Detailing Shop. These services offer something affordable for everyone! Each a fraction of what you would pay for similar services off post. What a bargain!
All Car Washing operations are open to the Redstone community. We have lower fees than what you would find out in town.
DIY Car Wash Bay provides you the covered space and tools to wash, wax, vacuum, and detail your vehicle yourself.
First 4 minutes- only $2 for the first 4 minutes! $.25 for every minute after that.
Automated Car Wash (drive-thru):
$12 - Hub scrub, shampoo, Camauba wax, tri-foam, rinse, dryer
$10 - Hub scrub, shampoo, tri-foam, wax, rinse
$8- Shampoo, wash, wax, rinse
$6 - Shampoo, wash, rinse
For your convenience a double bill changer, two (2) vacuum islands with multi-fragrance spray machines, carpet shampooer, spot remover, and carpet guard are available.
NOTE: No excessively muddy vehicles, BBQ grills/smokers allowed.
Automotive Detailing provides you with a professional hand washing detail, getting in to those hard to reach areas, but also includes packages for hand waxing, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, and more.
