Vendor Registration (Market, Kidpreneur and Food Trucks)

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at this year's Army Birthday Celebration. The application process is NOW OPEN. Please click the link below (in blue) to download the application. Once you have completed the application, please submit it to us at: usarmy.redstone.usag.mbx.mwr-webmaster@army.mil

**Please make sure to read everything before you submit your application.

Vendor Fee: $35
Kidpreneur: $15
Food Truck: $100

**If you are a vendor that sells homemade goods or a food truck, you will need to submit a Food Handlers Certificate (ServSafe) with your application. Food Trucks that are looking to be a part of this event, we will need the following questions answered in your email.

1. What items will you be selling?
2. Where do you get your ingredients from?
3. Have you been approved by the Madison County Health Department? Please submit your certificate/documents.

Once your application has been submitted, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your approval email. DO NOT submit more than one application. This will delay the process, and we will take the most recent application submitted.

This event is outdoors, rain or shine and potential for warm weather. No refunds!
