Redstone Family & MWR offers 3 community events that accept market vendors. These events are open to the public.
251st Army Birthday Celebration - June 6, 2026
29th Annual Oktoberfest - September 18 - 20, 2026
Winterville - December 5 - 6, 2026

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at one of our events. The application process is opening soon. Please click the links below (in blue) to download the application per event.
*If you are a vendor that sells homemade goods or a food truck, you will need to submit a Food Handlers Certificate (ServSafe) with your application. We will need the below questions answered, when you submit your application.
1. What items will you be selling?
2. Where do you get your ingredients from?
3. Have you been approved by the Madison County Health Department? Please submit your certificate/documents.

Kidpreneurs (5 - 17 years) - $20
Food Truck - $110
Includes a 10x10 area (must provide own set up, no power available)
Space is limited.

29th Annual Oktoberfest
The multi-day festival is German inspired and features a carnival and a Festhalle Tent with German food, beer, music, and collectable steins.
September 18, 5 - 11 p.m.
September 19, 12 - 11 p.m.
September 20, 12 - 5 p.m.
Redstone Arsenal Activity Field
Open to the Public!
Limited spaces available! - NO FOOD TRUCKS!
Included 10x10 area only - Must provide your own tent, tables, and chairs.
$200 – includes pre-determined space. Does not include power.
$300 – includes pre-determined space and power.
*Requirements - Will need to provide Drivers License information. This is for vendors only, as you will need to gain early access to Redstone Arsenal for setup since the public entrance gate will not be open during set up. We encourage vendors to have a STAR ID/Real ID.

Standard Outdoor Space - $100
**Includes a 10x10, include a tent, 8ft table, 2 chairs, and power
Upgraded Outdoor Space - $150 (Limited spots available)
**Includes a 10x10 space, 8ft table, 2 chairs, and power. You will provide your own BRANDED tent, but will be placed in a prominent location.
Kidpreneur Pop-Up Market - $30
Do you have a child that sells homemade crafts or other items? Now is their time to shine and show what they have to sell. We are now accepting applications for our Kidpreneur Pop-up Market!
Spots are limited. Open to ages 5 - 17 years.
Kidpreneurs Outdoor Space - $30, includes 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Limited Power available on a first come, first serve basis.

This event is outdoors, rain or shine and potential for cold weather. No portable plug in heaters will be allowed. Buddy propane heaters are accepted.
