Lap Swim
Monday - Friday 5 a.m. - 1 p.m.
A 25 yard indoor heated pool with 8 lanes. Lap Swim is available during business hours. Lane space may be reduced due to other activities happening in the pool. Individual lane space is not guaranteed depending on how busy the facility is.
The Redstone Aquatics Center is not grounded. If lightning or thunder is in the area, we will close the pool for 30 minutes per last lightning strike.
