All youth must be registered with Child & Youth Services (CYS). Registration is simple and free for eligible families - just visit Parent Central Services or sign up on site at the Youth Center.
How to register:
To register your Youth for the Redstone Arsenal Youth Center, please visit Parent Central Services in Building 3443, Aerobee Road (256-876-3704) with a month’s worth of recent paystubs (2 or more), a completed CYS Registration Form, a completed Health Screening Form (DA FORM 7625-1), and the child’s official immunization record.
Please note:
If your child has any special needs (allergies, asthma, behavioral concerns, religious food preferences, etc.) or takes any medications, a completed CYS Program Placement Checklist (DA FORM 7625-2), SNAP Team Care Plan (DA FORM 7625-3), Health Assessment, Special Diet Statement, and Medical Action Plan will need to be provided as well if applicable. Please note, some of these forms require signatures from an authorizing Physician, Army Public Health Nurse (APHN), and/or the CYS Coordinator
